I was surprised how much the 4-speed settings actually matter—I use the lowest for sleeping and crank it up when I'm working out. It’s quiet enough not to interrupt my Zoom calls, which is a huge plus. Definitely takes the edge off my AC bill.

The breeze from this fan helps my AC work way less hard, and it’s quiet enough to keep on while I sleep. Really happy with the four speed options for different times of day.

The four speed settings actually make a noticeable difference; I mostly use the lowest for a gentle breeze while reading. Pairing it with the AC did seem to help cool the room a bit more evenly. Would have liked it to be a touch quieter on the higher speeds, but it's great for the price.
